Help
Quick answers. For anything else, WhatsApp Rapple or open a support ticket.
Do I need to keep stock?
No. Rapple holds the stock. You can order per client, and Rapple can deliver directly to your client.
How do I get paid?
In Mode A you buy at the distributor price and invoice your client yourself. In Mode B your client pays Rapple, and once it is paid you invoice Rapple for your commission. The portal creates that invoice for you.
Is there credit?
No. Orders are dispatched once funds reflect in Rapple’s account.
Are there purchasing targets?
Yes. Year one starts at R30,000 in month 1 and grows to R100,000 a month from month 6, reviewed every year. The portal tracks your progress.
What does it cost to join?
There is no joining fee. You need a registered business and the documents listed on the application.
Can I choose my own prices?
Salons and other trade clients pay Rapple’s trade price; consumers pay the retail price. You choose the client type and the portal fills in the right price and shows your margin. Discounts need Rapple’s approval.
Who delivers?
A third-party courier at your or your client’s cost. Risk passes on delivery to the address you nominate.
How do I share my catalogue?
Open My catalogue, add products, then tap Share. Clients see your logo, prices and contact buttons — never Rapple’s distributor price.
What is the difference between a quote and an order?
A quote goes to your client to accept. When they accept, convert it to an order and choose who pays and who delivers.
When do I invoice commission?
When Rapple marks a Mode B order as paid, you get an email and a one-click invoice under Commission.
Can my staff use the portal?
Yes. The account owner can invite team members under Team as Sales (can quote and order) or View-only.
How do I install the portal as an app?
On Android, open the account menu and tap Install app. On iPhone, tap Share then Add to Home Screen.
