6 Agreement and signature

In short: you are appointed for a territory; you buy at Rapple’s distributor prices, in rand, with no credit (goods ship once funds reflect); you sell at list price unless Rapple announces a special; risk passes on delivery; either side gives 90 days’ written notice; Rapple may end the appointment if purchasing targets are not met (R30,000 in month 1 rising to R100,000 a month from month 6); no sub-distributors without written consent; information stays confidential.
